Shepherd Park – Big and nicely equipped. It has play structures, pavilion/pavilions, walking trails, tennis courts, baseball/softball/lighted fields, and an indoor ice arena.
Rothstein Park – Good for shorter visits: play structure, lighted paved path, seating.
Dewey Park – Has play structures, basketball courts (half court), and ball fields.
ackson Park – A moderate-sized park with school facilities, swings, etc.
Tyler Park – Smaller park, good for kids & quick outdoor time; also has a hill for sledding in winter.
Best Park – Compact, but useful: swings, tennis courts, basketball court, etc.

Oak Park Public Pool for swimming when the weather’s good.
