The Music Man Square
A tribute to Meredith Willson (who grew up in Mason City). There’s a replica of River City (from the musical), exhibits, etc.
Charles H. MacNider Art Museum
The art museum has American art, rotating exhibits, and some really interesting collections.
Lime Creek Nature Center
For outdoor nature walks, bird watching, learning about the local ecosystem. Trails, exhibits, a nature playscape. Good escape into nature.
